Hair Recipient Sites
The areas of transplantation (recipient site) will be numbed locally and then tiny openings of various sizes are created with small needles. The different sizes of recipient slits will correspond with the chosen graft to be placed. Dr. Fechner will consider angles, pattern and hair growth direction as he determines where these sites are located, ensuring a natural looking placement of harvested hair.
